Codex Lab is a product studio by Appeneure Technologies. This page explains what personal data we collect through codexlab.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Appeneure Technologies, which runs Codex Lab.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you ask for a quote or the MVP Scope Kit, our forms collect what you enter, such as your name, email and project details, and which page or link you came from.
- Call bookings. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you choose and your answers to its questions.
- Emails. If you email us, we keep the messages and your contact details.
- Visit data. Our hosting provider records basic technical data for each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, send the kit, hold calls and prepare quotes.
- To deliver and support projects you start with us.
- To see which pages and links bring in enquiries, so we can improve the site.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We don't sell your personal data.
Services that process it for us
- Tally runs our quote and kit forms.
- Calendly runs call booking.
- Zoho hosts our email.
- Vercel hosts this website.
They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms, and may store it outside your country.
Cookies
This site doesn't set its own cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. Calendly and Tally, which run our booking and form windows, may set their own cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Our hosting provider keeps its request logs for a limited time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email satya@codexlab.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Codex Lab is for businesses and founders. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
When our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
